our experience here was really great. the staff was amicable, the accommodation was modern and fairly clean. the atmosphere created was quiet. the breakfast was sensational and satisfactory and offered a huge variety of outstanding food. the hotel had a stunning and great location in the area on a very well meshed bike network. further, it was just off the alden biesen castle and the meadows.

The double room that we stayed in was wonderful and bright. A work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were available here too😀

Great breakfast with fresh options and wide selection. Clean hotel with fridge and kettle in the room. Quiet location with beautiful surroundings for walks. Helpful staff, especially Kathleen. Lovely bar with romantic courtyard serving tasteful cocktails.

The hotel is nicely presented and in an ideal position surrounded by nature. the bar offers a good choice of food. the gourmet restaurant on the premises is a nice touch. the room is nicely decorated and comes with a terrace and comfortable bed.

The property was great and charming. It's really close to Alden Biesen castle. - the wild garden nearby adds to the charm. - Akko restaurant is just a pleasant stroll away.

The hotel is a great mix of old and new, with a beautiful historic building and modern amenities. The wellness area and pool were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Who needs slippers and proper cups in the bathroom? It's not like I'm paying a lot of money to stay here or anything.

The lounge and breakfast area in the hotel were beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the comfortable seating arrangements and the ease of navigation throughout the hotel. It was nice to have a space where I could relax and socialize with other guests.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in catering to the needs of senior guests. The children working there seemed inexperienced in dealing with older individuals and could benefit from additional training on how to provide a better vacation experience for seniors.

The newly built aisles adjacent to the intendants house had a sleek and elegant architecture. The wellness area with two saunas and a pool was a great place to relax. Our room, while not large, provided all the comforts we needed - privacy, quietness, a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options, from different types of bread to cornflakes, fresh fruits, bacon, and eggs. we enjoyed our stay and the first-class service provided by Martin's Rentmeesterij.
